We had talked about having another dog for a while as we felt our first Cockapoo Lucy needed a playmate (we had another lovely older girl, a mini wire-haired dachshund called Lily but she hadn’t taken too well to Lucy who desperately wanted to interact with her). We saw Sarah’s first litter on the Suffolk Doodles FB page and immediately fell in love with the little black and white girl. We spoke to Sarah and went to see her pups with the view to just ‘having a look’ but of course it was never going to be just that! Sarah allowed us to visit several times but was also very patient with us as we didn’t say yes straight away because we were concerned how the three of them might (or might not!) get on because of Lily’s ‘dislike’ of Lucy. What was never in doubt however was what a fantastic breeder Sarah was. She frequently sent us pictures and videos as Indie (as we had called her by then) grew and it was clear from the beginning how much Sarah cared for the pups and how determined she was to give them the best start possible in life by bringing them up in a family home and exposing them to as many of life’s noises and experiences as possible. She even bought a fireworks CD to play near them so they could get used to loud noises early on. Every time we visited our girl we could see her and her siblings developing and flourishing and knew we had to have her with Sarah’s reassurances that if we took her home and it really didn’t work with Lily she would take her back.
When the day came to collect her, she’d had a bath and was all prepped and ready to go with loads of advice and a bag full of food, toys, a piece of blanket that smelled of her beautiful Mum Polly and other goodies to help us and her on our way. Thankfully things soon settled at home with our three fur kids and we have never looked back. We keep in very regular contact with Sarah and see her and her two and four legged family regularly as we are lucky enough to live close by. Indie has turned into the most adorable dog and our lives would certainly be poorer for not having her as part of our family. Sarah really is a great breeder and we can’t thank her enough for allowing us to be Indies forever family. Hayley
What can I say. I called Sarah when I noticed she had a pup that had become available on cockapoo club chat. We spoke on the phone that every day and Sarah was so helpful honest and really welcoming. I had all my question answered and after a wonderful conversation we made a appointment to view the pup in a few days.
My daughters and I went along and we were welcomed with open arms by Sarah and a beautiful bundle of cockapoos. We played with them all and with Sarah's cockapoos who were all so beautiful. We really enjoyed our selfs and were really taken by the way the pups were how happy all the dogs were and how friendly loving and affectionate they all were. I fell straight away for the chocolate girl who we named Bear she is a perfect fit in our family with my 2 other cockapoos. we are so happy with Bear she is a wonderful lively bundle of furry fun who is so very much part of our family. I would highly recommend Sarah to any one who is looking for a cockapoo she has done a fabulous job in raising our baby and her family of cockapoos are a wonderful happy loving dogs which really speaks volumes. I know that after I've enjoyed our Bear and she has settled in and grown I'm sure number 4 will be calling and I will be knocking on Sarah's door again.
Outstanding breeder. First class Glenda
What can I say? After our daughter said the words 'A puppy would be nice' and the timings really not being right, I made her the promise that one day, when we'd found the right breeder, we would get one....cue a 4 year wait and a bit of research, we found Sarah and Lynton Cockapoos through a trusted mutual friend (actually her mother in law) and the wheels were set in motion. What were we most impressed about? Her friendliness; the way she was always available to answer our questions; the way she ensured we were ready to take on our first puppy....meaning the puppies well-being was at the forefront of her mind. Fast forward to May 2017 and our puppy was born along with her siblings. Being local, we were able and encouraged to visit as often as we could, ensuring the puppies were well socialised. How would we choose? No idea, but come choosing day, Callie chose us, we had already met her a couple of times and Sarah felt we were a good match. Personally, I feel any of the puppies would have been a good match...all beautifully natured with unique personalities. Sarah has also been available to answer any questions we've had regarding Callie and having that support has been invaluable. So friendly and never making us feel silly. If (ahem, when), another pup is ready to come and live with us, it will have to be a Lynton. Thank you for helping to make our family complete Sarah. Tina
I have a new puppy from Lynton Cockapoos in Suffolk. Sarah was helpful, informative and supportive throughout. I am impressed that she remains interested in the puppies and how they are getting on in their new home. Our puppy came with a comprehensive information and food pack, I have not experienced this level of care from a breeder before. Our puppy came to us happy, healthy and already used to a range of noises and pretty much toilet trained. I would recommend Sarah to anyone looking for a similar puppy. Christina
